projects DONE! … not really.

Our awesome media manager Michelle(who’s also newly engaged, hehe) blogged about the sites that she’s been working on. It was a good idea and I thought I’d do the same.
Getting KaitlynClothing.com up and running was a challenge that spanned over a year for my boss. After much time and hard work, we finally got it up last month and the orders have been piling in. The demand for our little chain of clothing stores to have an internet presence is surely there, and we’re trying our best to fill it. I realize that maintaining a site is even more hard work than getting it up! But now that we have more help, I can work on other aspects of the site than just taking orders. More improvements coming soon! It’s very hush hush, but I’ll keep you guys updated.
And finally, iamkoream.com, the online home of KoreAm Journal. It’s your goto portal for all things Korean American related. Exclusive videos of Daniel Henney, live chats with Big Pony (Oct 20, 7pm PST, tune in!), eeeeek! And it’s not just for the girls. We have articles, news blogs, an events list, a classifieds section to sell your junk, etc. Awesome work by the FR*A people. Check it out, meng.
i am POOPED! time to sleep….. jk, time to update stuff.

a tour…

Everyone’s been wondering where I’ve gone to these days. I’m not at my usual spots anymore, but …where? Here!

Welcome to Kaitlyn Clothing. We’re a women’s clothing company offering the latest trends to our consumers in Southern California. Branches are located at Downtown Brea, Irvine Spectrum, and Westwood Village (shown above). Come shop and visit me!

I work at the office upstairs. This is a picture of me working hard.
This is the back office where our desks are. That arm sticking out is my coworker, he’s shy.
This is my desk, where I’ve developed a mild case of carpal tunnel. just kidding. not really. just kidding.
There is also a studio here. I ended today’s shoot by taking some pictures of some Havaiana sandals.

You liiiike?

Since I work in the web-based portion of the company, this is a pretty solitary job. It’s just me and my co-worker, slaving away in our office, with sporadic visits from the girls who work downstairs…it’s a lot different from my internship at the magazine, that’s for sure. I really like it though, it’s a good change of pace. Anyways, glad I got to share a little bit of my life with you. Hope you enjoyed the mini tour, and come shop at the online store when we launch! thanks.
